A Mother's Day Lunch Close to My Heart

Mother's Day has always been close to my heart. It was my parents, Stella and Charles, who first taught me what it means to cook with love, and it is in that same spirit that my mother Stella's signature trifle has become one of the most beloved dishes on our menu and one that feels especially meaningful to serve on this day.
This year, I would love to welcome you and your loved ones to Palazzo Preca on
Sunday, 10th May, for a lunch that celebrates the mothers who mean the most to you.
A Menu Crafted for the Occasion
I have prepared a seasonal set menu that reflects the very best of what spring in Malta has to offer. Every meal begins with a welcome drink and an amuse-bouche from our kitchen, setting the tone for a relaxed and memorable afternoon. Guests can choose from a carefully selected range of starters and main courses that celebrate the finest from both land and sea.
Stella's Trifle
No Mother's Day at Palazzo Preca would be complete without Stella's trifle. Over the years, it has become a dish our guests look forward to, and on Mother's Day, it feels only right for it to take centre stage.
A Celebration in the Heart of Valletta
Nestled inside a beautifully restored 16th-century palazzo on Strait Street, Palazzo Preca has been a family restaurant from the very beginning, and that is something I carry with pride in everything I do.
The set menu is priced at €75 per person, inclusive of welcome drink and desserts. Spaces are limited and I recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
