Two Menus for Your Staff Party in Valletta
We have prepared two Christmas staff party menus, so you can choose what suits your team.
Our staff party lunch menu is €65 per person. It begins with an amuse bouche, followed by a choice of starters and mains. You might choose a beef ribeye with guanciale and pioppini mushrooms, pan-fried sea bass with prawn bisque, or New Zealand lamb shank with a chickpea casserole. There is a vegetarian option too, porcini-filled ravioli with truffle cream. A wide selection of desserts finishes the meal.
Our staff lunch or dinner party menu is €70 per person, and it suits an evening just as well as an afternoon. Here the mains include grain-fed sirloin steak with Armagnac butter, pan-fried duck breast with caramelised figs, and salmon fillet with soft shell crab. There is also busiate pasta with Mediterranean prawns, and a brioche with wild mushrooms and comté cheese for vegetarian guests. Again, a wide selection of desserts closes the evening.

A good Christmas gathering deserves good wine. We offer festive beverage packages that pair our Palazzo Preca wines with water, and you can choose to have wine and water flowing for two and a half hours if your team wants to settle in and linger. The beverage option is arranged for the whole table, so everyone shares the same experience.
How to Book Your Staff Party in Valletta
Booking is simple. We ask for a €25 deposit per person to confirm your booking, and we confirm every booking by phone. If anyone on your team has dietary requirements or allergies, please tell us beforehand so we can look after them properly. All prices include VAT.
